About Spectrum
Spectrum Guernsey has an impressive history. Founded on March 13th, 1957 by Doc Neubert FRPS, Spectrum, as its name suggests was originally created to specifically promote the new technology of Colour photography.
The club is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) and the Southern Counties Photographic Federation (SCPF).

Spectrum’s Approach
“Distain” © Steve Molnar LRPS
As of April 2023, Spectrum Guernsey has repositioned itself to be a specialist photography club. Our new approach is much less competition centric, bringing members together to inspire each other in a variety of ways.
Our goal is to appeal to a wide range of photographers, bringing them together to share and discuss their photography in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Instrumental to our new approach, Spectrum has encouraged the creation of Special Interest Groups.

Wealth of Talent
We have a diverse and accomplished membership. The club encourages members to achieve recognised awards and many hold distinctions from the RPS, PAGB & FIAP and have won awards internationally.
So there are plenty of experienced people to help answer all your questions!
